Question: I am interested in joining the USD1812, how do I obtain an application form?

Answer: We strongly recommend that prospective members visit a local society in their area to obtain application forms. The USD1812 Headquarters staff can refer you to a local society in your area http://www.beaufait.com/colo1812/.  If you cannot find a local society in your area, application forms are available directly from Headquarters.
 

Question: Is there a computer program available that will print applications?

Answer:  Not at the present time.
 

Question: How much are the application fees?

Answer: Adults ~ $25; Juniors ~ $10; Supplemental Ancestor ~ $15; Reinstatement ~ $5.
 

Question: How do I know if a members application has been approved?

Answer: Generally the application process requires approximately 6-8 weeks from the time we receive the papers. The member will receive notification by U.S. Mail.
 

Question: How much are current dues?

Answer: Currently dues are $25 per year.  Dues are paid annually by September 1to your local Society.  National dues are $18.  State and Chapter dues are $7.00.
