60+ Days In A Row Renter Operating A Vendor Commercial Business Out Of A Residential Neighborhood
16 Days In A Row The Industrial Dumpster Was Parked In A Residential Driveway During November, 2013
This renter should have checked our Municode before moving into a residential neighborhood and trying to operate a commercial vendor business, which is illegal, as all residential neighborhoods in our City are not zoned for commercial use.  That is in our zoned commercial districts .

This is a "Handyman" vendor, who does work out of his rental house. This renter had a "Handyman"  ad on his  industrial vehicle, which parks in our neighborhood, when he is done with work, rather than park it in an industrial area zoned for commercial/industrial.
The renter and his employee, some days, leave in the renter's commercial vendor truck or the "Handyman" truck, for the day, for "Handyman" work leaving behind industrial dumpsters with the renters' customer garbage stored illegally in the back.

This employee of the renter needs to park his "Handyman" truck anywhere but in our neighborhood, as our neighborhood is not a commercial vendor district category for the parking of this renter's employee's truck.  We in the neighborhood do not want to see a renter's employee's "Handyman" commercial vendor truck with advertisements for his company on the side of the truck parked in our residential neighborhood all day long, which Code Enforcement told them to remove to be more "residential" friendly with our legal weight/height laws.

It also suggests that others in our neighborhood can run an illegal commercial vendor business in a District Category, which is specifically for residents only, per our City Codes.

The dumpster is back, and the renter still continues to operate a "Handyman" vendor commercial business out of our residential neighborhood  November 2-21.

He clears others property, house, etc.  He puts their garbage in his dumpster.  He brings it to our neighborhood, where he "stores" it, until he feels like getting rid of it.  Code Enforcement has degraded our neighborhood beyond words.  This renter has been told many times by Code Enforcement to move his commercial dumpster.  The renter does for a short period of time.  Wherever that renter stores that commercial dumpster he owns, he can permanently store his dumpster in that area, and not in a residential area.

The Police Chief and City Council obviously are very unknowledgeable about business to allow our neighborhood property assessments to be devalued because our neighborhood has been turned into a business neighborhood with commercial vendor dumpsters.  These folks have no business acumen at all.  They have no business running our City, as they have run it into the ground.  Typical Republicans trying to shutdown our government in our City by collecting less taxes from our neighborhood homes.

Backed into a corner the paid public servants involved in these illegal areas of Louisville kick the can down the road and "do nothing".  Everybody should be impeached, in my humble opinion.

Dumpster Is Back And At Times Full Of Renter's Customers' Garbage

Code Enforcement had the renter owner of this commercial dumpster move their commercial dumpster these 4 dates above.
Code Enforcement can have this illegal commercial dumpster business stop in a residential neighborhood.
If Code Enforcement did it in the past, they can do it now.
Why is this commercial vehicle being allowed to stay in our neighborhood now?

34 Days In A Row, As Code Enforcement Degrades Our Neighborhood
Public Corruption At Its Best By Paid Public Civil Servants of Louisville

If Code Enforcement did it in the past, they can do it now.
Why is this commercial vehicle being allowed to stay in our neighborhood now?

I put in a "verified statement" against Bruce Goodman and Bill Kingston in September.  They need to explain their actions to the courts.

I put in a "verified statement" against 2 City Council folks on October 16, 2013 to the City Prosecuting Attorney.

I put in another "verified statement" against another Ward Rep, for not doing their civic duty as a City Rep.  Hopefully something will be done.

November 21  The renter operating an illegal "Handyman" business is back with the construction dumpster, being allowed to be stored in the renter's residential driveway, by Code Enforcement allowing illegal activities in our neighborhood.  Even when given "verified statements", this is still allowed to continue.  What good does it do to take anybody to court, when illegal activities are still allowed by the Police Department, Code Enforcement, and City Council?????

November/December, 2013  The renter is operating an illegal "Handyman" business out of his rental residential house in a zoned residential neighborhood.  The renter's company trucks pick up supplies early each morning.  The renter's company trucks pick up supplies during the day.  Code Enforcement will not stop them.  Code Enforcement is totally corrupt, as is City Council, in my humble opinion.

"Last night we heard from the owners of the truck.  It belongs to a couple who recently moved to Louisville and who just purchased the vehicle.  The husband and wife are a little distressed about why the selective enforcement against them.  Commander Kingston will speak with them and convey our assurances that this is all quite routine and innocent. "

This quote is from a May 25, 2012 e-mail to me from Bruce Goodman, Police Chief.  He knows the rules.  He applies them when he wants.  He is a bully.  He does not do his job that he is paid to do.  He should be fired on the spot.  If he did his job correctly, the first time he contacted the owners, he would not be  backed into a corner to save face.  Now, he will not do his job, just to try to prove he is correct, when he is so very wrong.  This law applies to our Police Chief, too.

This is a "Handyman" vendor, who does work out of his rental house.  He clears others property, house, etc.  He puts their garbage in his dumpster.  He brings it to our neighborhood, where he "stores" it, until he feels like getting rid of it.  Code Enforcement has degraded our neighborhood beyond words.

The dumpster is back early on 8-11-2013, but in the driveway, hidden away at 6 a.m., but I got the photo in the afternoon.

They have the dumpster's wheels blocked for permanent storage.

New renters.  They live on Sycamore Ct. to the right of the house at the end of the street.

Code Enforcement allows them to store their garbage with commercial vehicles in  our residential neighborhood.

They emptied the trash, but still illegally parked their commercial vehicle in a residential neighborhood.  They ignore Code Enforcement and do what they want.  Good Grief!!!

Code Enforcement refuses to have the renter move this illegally parked/stored commercial vehicle and construction dumpster, when informed by me for our neighborhood.

Parked next to the stop sign.  Code Enforcement refuses to act on this illegally parked/stored commercial truck and dumpster.

6 days in a row Code Enforcement has allowed this commercial truck and commercial dumpster to be stored in our residential neighborhood.  Public corruption to the max with Code Enforcement.

Day 7.  Disgusting.  Code Enforcement came by yesterday.

Early this morning, before I could take a pic, they moved their commercial truck and commercial dumpster for the day.  They brought the dumpster back tonight and parked it in his driveway.  Code Enforcement cannot keep it away.  Day 8.

The "Handyman" business logo is behind the left rear wheel on the small white square sign.

Conducting illegal commercial business in a residential neighborhood is against the law in our City.

The renter reparked the dumpster full of his customer's garbage in his driveway for our neighborhood to see.  Illegal, as it is too big, per our laws, too.

Day 10.  The renter with the commercial company running his vendor business out of his rental house in a residential neighborhood brings home the clean up work from his customer, stores it in his commercial dumpster and parks it in our neighborhood, instead of getting rid of the customer garbage and parking this illegal commercial dumpster in a commercial parking area.  It is illegal in a residential neighborhood.

A Code Enforcement truck with a orange signal drove by my house at 6:50 a.m. and turned onto Sycamore Court.  They saw the illegal storing of the commercial dumpster with the garbage from one of their customers in the back of their commercial dumpster in their renter driveway illegally for 11 days now.  The "Handyman" vendor truck drove by my house at 6:55 a.m. this morning and pulled up to the driveway behind the commercial dumpster, with their customer's garbage still stored in our residential neighborhood, to pick up their daily supplies.  I did not take a pic of them at this corner house, as it was raining.  They don't load up at my corner anymore, as I can see what they are illegally doing, exactly like what Mr. Rooter did.  Imagine that.  As it was raining, I did not stand on my front porch for long.  I never saw the "Handyman" truck or the Code Enforcement truck with the orange signal leave our neighborhood, as they did not drive by my house.

This says it all.  Illegal business being operated out of our residential neighbor's rental house, which Code Enforcement approves of, even though our City laws prohibit commercial, vendor businesses to be run out of residential neighborhoods in our City.

13 Days in a row.  You can plainly see branches in the back of the illegally stored commercial dumpster that Code Enforcement allows in our neighborhood illegally.  $$$$ changing hands, obviously in my humble opinion, for this disgrace to be allowed this long.

Day 14.  Illegal commercial, vendor dumpster stored in a residential driveway with their customer's garbage degrading our residential neighborhood by an insane Code Enforcement department, in my humble opinion.
Day 15.  The renters moved their commercial dumpster at 9 a.m. on September 30.  I saw no Code Enforcement vehicle drive by to inform the renters that they had to move their commercial vendor dumpster out of our residential neighborhood.  So, obviously, the renters got a phone call!!!!  Wow!!!  The renters, obviously, are tight with Code Enforcement, just as we in the neighborhood thought.  So totally illegal.

Day 16.  The renter with the illegal commercial vendor dumpster removed their illegal commercial vendor dumpster for one day.  It just came back with no garbage in the illegal commercial vendor dumpster today.  But it is still illegal for the commercial vendor dumpster  to be in our neighborhood.  This is a repeat offender.  Being gone for one day is nothing.  The renter can park his illegal commercial dumpster back where the renter parked it yesterday and today.

Day 17.  Still there.

Day 18.  Still there.

Day 19.  Still there.  Now a Mr. Rooter commercial vendor truck is back storing their commercial vendor truck on W. Elm St., as Code Enforcement allows preferential treatment of the renters' commercial vendors in our residential neighborhood.

Day 20.  Still there.  Our house assessments have gone down, due to the neighborhood turning into a commercial vendor business neighborhood, rather than a residential neighborhood, because Code Enforcement does not follow our City parking laws.  City Council, Code Enforcement, and the Police Department obviously have no business acumen, in my humble opinion, as by allowing our property to devalue, they have lost City income from taxes.  How dumb can folks be?  A public servant does not lose $$$ for a City by devaluing a neighborhood.  Again, no common sense in accounting for $$$ for our City.  How can these folks run a City, when they lose $$$ through tax loss.  Republicans sure like to shutdown government.  Illogical.  The "Handyman" commercial truck was there on Sycamore Court early today, too, getting supplies for work.  Illegal.  Devaluing our neighborhood.  The dumpster needs to park where it parks, when Code Enforcement decides to have them move.  So stupid to devalue our neighborhood.

Day 21.  Still there.

Day 22.  Still there.

Day 23.  Still there.  The renter went to work this morning and left his commercial vendor dumpster behind to destroy our neighborhood values.  Renters don't care.  They don't pay property taxes.

This pic is taken 1 1/2 blocks down Sycamore.  My neighbors asked me to take and post this pic to show how this renter's commercial vendor dumpster destroys their neighborhood from block away.

Why is this continuing, when, in my humble opinion, City Council and the Police Chief are so inept with business?

Day 24.  Still there.  The "Handyman" commercial vendor company that these renters run illegally out of their rental home has dumped off their customer's garbage all morning long.

It is a very noisy neighborhood with this illegal vendor company running its commercial vendor business illegally out of their rental house that our illegal Police Department allows and our illegal City Council allows the Police Department to continue to degrade our house property assessment taxes.  Disgusting.

Day 24.  Still there.  The "Handyman" commercial vendor company that these renters run illegally out of their rental home has dumped off their customer's garbage all morning long.  In this pic they are dumping a couch into the back of the renter's vendor truck from a "Handyman" vendor truck.

The "Handyman" commercial vendor company that these renters run illegally out of their rental home has come back for supplies, again, today.  It is the white truck with the red light on the back near the ladder on top.  There is a very good pic of the truck in the 9-28 pic.  This is not a commercial neighborhood.  This is against the law.  Stop taking $$$$ for them to run this illegal business out of their rental home.

Day 25.  Still there.  City Council is out of control.  They have lost control over the Police Chief.  We in the neighborhood are sure this vendor is paying the City Council and Police Chief to cherry pick our City laws for no commercial vendor businesses in our neighborhood.  It is up to City Council and the Police Chief to prove us wrong.  The $$$$ must be great, as they come and go all day long dumping garbage, picking up supplies, doing an illegal business in our neighborhood.  City Council are ordinary citizens, who should put in a "verified statement" about the "favoritism" the Police Chief is showing toward the renters in this corner house, who run that illegal "Handyman" commercial business in a residential neighborhood.

Day 26.  Still there.  Their customers' garbage is stored illegally for days now in this illegal commercial vendor dumpster running a business out of a residential neighborhood.  For May, June, August, and September.

Day 27.  Still there.  Their customers' garbage is stored illegally for days now in this illegal commercial vendor dumpster running a business out of a residential neighborhood.  For May, June, August, and September.

Day 28.  Still there.  The renters moved their commercial vendor business dumpster, with their customers' garbage in it, this morning at 7:40 a.m.  I am sure it will come back, cuz it always is allowed back by our corrupt and evil Code Enforcement department, who City Councils allows to do illegal activities in our residential neighborhood.  I took this pic about 9 a.m. this morning.

Day 28.  They're back.  I took this pic at 4:30 p.m. tonight.  This is new customers' garbage is stored illegally in the renter's commercial vendor dumpster for his "Handyman" business for days now in this illegal commercial vendor dumpster running a business out of a residential neighborhood.
In the pic on 10-12, it shows the renter's customers' white garbage sticking up out of the top of the dumpster.
This proves that the renter does truly, in fact, run a vendor business out of his rental house which is horribly illegal in our residential neighborhood.
Code Enforcement had the renter owner of this commercial dumpster move their commercial dumpster before.
Code Enforcement can have this illegal commercial dumpster business stop in a residential neighborhood.
If Code Enforcement did it in the past, they can do it now.
Why is this commercial vehicle being allowed to stay in our neighborhood now?

Day 29.  Still there.  I took this pic at 7 a.m. this morning.  The "Handyman" vendor truck is in front of the renter's house with the dumpster with the renter's customers' garbage stored/parked illegally in a residential driveway doing vendor business.  Illegal.  I took a pic of the street sign.  This house is on the corner of W. Elm Street and W. Sycamore Court.  The renter lives in the house with the dumpster in the driveway, his commercial truck parked on W. Elm St. and the "Handyman" vendor truck parked in front of the renter's house on W. Sycamore Court.  The renter took off in his business commercial vendor truck and left his customers' garbage behind for the neighbors to see and to degrade our neighborhood.

Day 30.  Still there.  I will contact News 7 about this public corruption in Louisville, just like Berthoud, unless I see a change very, very soon.

Day 31.  Still there running an illegal "Handyman" vendor business out of the rental house.

Day 32.  Still there running an illegal "Handyman" vendor business out of the rental house.

Day 1.  November 2.  Dumpster was returned late in the evening for our enjoyment on November 3.  Still running the illegal "Handyman" vendor business out of the rental house.  They could care less about ruining our neighborhood and Code Enforcement allows it.  They now have their customers' garbage covered, as if that would now make it legal to leave it in a District Categories neighborhood that proves it is a residential neighborhood.  This law is for every day.  This law is just not for now and then.  And obviously Code Enforcement informed them about covering garbage.  Disgusting.

The renter operating an illegal "Handyman" business is back with the construction dumpster, being allowed to be stored in the renter's residential driveway, by Code Enforcement allowing illegal activities in our neighborhood.  Even when given "verified statements", this is still allowed to continue.  What good does it do to take anybody to court, when illegal activities are still allowed by the Police Department, Code Enforcement, and City Council?????

Day 2.  Dumpster is back. Disgusting.

November 3.  Dumpster is back.  Still running the illegal "Handyman" vendor business out of the rental house.  This pic is taken from about one block within Sundance Park, where the top of the renter's customers' garbage can be seen by neighbors. Disgusting.

Day 3.

The renter just returned with his empty commercial dumpster after being gone for the day.  The renter emptied the dumpster and came back to our neighborhood to park it in the driveway, like a car.

Day 4. Still there.

The renter left this morning without his commercial vendor dumpster.  The renter parks the commercial vendor dumpster in the driveway, like a car.  This dumpster was gone last week.  Where ever it was parked, that is where it needs to stay.  It is against the law in our neighborhood to run a "Handyman" business and leave commercial vendor trucks in a residential neighborhood!!!!!

Day 5. Still there.

Why are you allowing this to continue to devalue our neighborhoods?

Why does putting in "verified statements" do nothing to make City Council and the Police Department do its job?????

This town is totally corrupt.

The renter parks the commercial vendor dumpster in the driveway, like a car.  This dumpster was gone last week.  The renter's commercial vendor truck that pulls his commercial vendor dumpster needs to be stored elsewhere, too.  Specifically, where ever it was parked last week, that is where it needs to stay.

He should not even be allowed to have his commercial vendor truck that pulls his commercial vendor dumpster in our neighborhood, either, as it is a vendor vehicle, which is against the law in this residential neighborhood for operating a commercial vendor business.

This renter seems to think, because of favoritism by Code Enforcement and City Council, that he can come an go with parking his commercial vendor truck and his commercial vendor dumpster any time he wants, since last May.  Disgusting!!!!!!!!

Day 5.  12:08 P.M.

I saw Code Enforcement go speeding by my house yesterday afternoon, do a rolling stop at the stop sign, turn left to go out of the neighborhood, and do nothing about the renter's illegal commercial dumpster stored in a residential neighborhood driveway.

What's up with that?  How's that for public corruption at its best.  Code Enforcement turning a blind eye.  So totally disgusting.

I am going to look up that Code Enforcement person and put in a "verified statement" against that person.

Day 6.  Still there.

Why are you allowing this to continue to devalue our neighborhoods?

Why does putting in "verified statements" do nothing to make City Council and the Police Department do its job?????

Day 7.  Still there illegally.

"exceeding 18 feet in length, 18 feet in combined length for vehicles with trailers, or eight feet in height, or 8,000 pounds in weight by the G.V.W. rating indicated on vehicle, loaded or unloaded, shall be prohibited from all zoning districts except with the following exceptions: I-Industrial."

Legal for our neighborhood.

Day 8.  Still there illegally.

The "Handyman" truck is back!!!!!!!

The renter parks the commercial vendor dumpster in the driveway, like a car.  This dumpster was gone for awhile last week.  Where ever it was parked, that is where it needs to stay.  It is against the law in our neighborhood to run a "Handyman" business and leave commercial vendor trucks in a residential neighborhood!!!!!

Day 9.  Still there illegally.

Gone for the early morning.  Back by 9:30 a.m. per the next picture.

The illegal dumpster and illegal commercial vehicle are gone for now.  If they come back, I am going to put in 2 "verified statements" against a Ward I and Ward III reps, as they are allowing illegal commercial operations in my residential for 1.5 years now.

Day 10.  The renter is storing his commercial dumpster full of his customer's garbage for our neighborhood to look at.

Nobody wants to see garbage left in dumpsters for driveways for days on end.

I suppose you are even tooooo stupid to know that law, in my humble opinion, right?  Right!!!

City Council and Code Enforcement allow the illegal commercial vendor dumpster stored in a renter's residential neighborhood, as this pic proves.  The renter came back this morning at 9:30 with his customers' garbage stored with a red tarp on top.

The renter thinks they are obeying the law with the covering.  The height/width/weight are illegal for a residential neighborhood, as these dimensions are for an industrial area, per our laws.

City Council and Code Enforcement continue to allow illegal vendor activity in our residential neighborhood.

This renter has residential vehicles in his driveway that he can drive to and from his work in a commercial/industrial area.

Because City Council and Code Enforcement will not stop this illegal activity, as they are scared, in my humble opinion, I will be putting in 3 "verified statements" ASAP, one for each Ward.

Day 11.  The renter is storing his commercial dumpster full of his customer's garbage for our neighborhood to look at.

Nobody wants to see garbage left in dumpsters for driveways for days on end.

I suppose you are even tooooo stupid to know that law, in my humble opinion, right?  Right!!!

Day 11.  I took this pic for the middle of Sundance Park with a telephoto lens.  This is what the neighbors in the cul-de-sac see when looking west through the Park.

The neighbors see an illegal commercial vendor dumpster stored in a residential driveway, obviously, from the picture, which is illegal and Code Enforcement and City Council allows for 11 days in a row now.

They don't know how to back down.  They are putting the jobs and elected careers in total jeopardy just to try to prove me wrong, when these laws are written in our City Codes, which makes these people in these positions insane, in my humble opinion.

This renter has residential vehicles in his driveway, as the picture proves, that he can drive to and from his work in a commercial/industrial area.

Because City Council and Code Enforcement will not stop this illegal activity, as they are scared, in my humble opinion, I will be putting in 3 "verified statements" ASAP, one for each Ward.

I took this picture on W. Elm Street east of Hoover.  It shows a commercial dumpster parked in the street, legally, while construction work is done on a house in the cul-de-sac.

Now, pay close attention to this picture.

This is NOT what is going on with the renter on the corner of W. Elm St. and W. Sycamore Court.

That renter on W. Sycamore Court is not doing home improvements, as it is a rental house, and I know the people who do the improvements for the owner in TX, who I also know.

Day 11.  The sign.

Day 11.  The illegal stored garbage in an illegal industrial dumpster in a residential neighborhood.

Day 11.  Totally illegal in our neighborhood.  But Code Enforcement gets $$$$ to allow this illegal activity in our neighborhood.

Day 12.  I sent a "Citizens' Arrest" to the Police Station and City Council to arrest the Police Chief for "favoritism", which is against City Code, beyond this illegal vendor activity in our residential neighborhood.

Day 12.  The renter leaves his customers' garbage stored illegally in an industrial dumpster in a residential house in a residential neighborhood, which is against our City Codes for storage.

Day 13.  The "Handyman" work truck is picking up commercial vendor supplies to go to work for the day.  The business is run out of a residential neighborhood, which is against our commercial laws for operating businesses in a commercial district per our zoning laws, which Code Enforcement ignores on purpose.  This is treasonous actions toward the good of our neighborhood.
