The City of Louisville's Code Enforcement has not responded to my complaints of cars parked next to Sundance Park and the fire hydrant on W. Elm Street.  According to the City of Louisville's fire hydrant Code Enforcement laws, cars are not to be parked less than 10 feet from a City fire hydrant.  Below is a picture of the car in question.
