It applies.  Code Enforcement is driving by all the time, getting rid of the vehicles that I prove are "unmoved".  How dare you try to undo what is being done to keep our neighborhood up to the standards that apply to our City being named in "Money Magazine".

Stop trying to change the laws to suit your purpose.

You are obviously trying to degrade our town and my area in particular.

The law states that a vehicle cannot be stored. When a vehicle is unmoved for over 1 week, it is being stored.

Stop trying to change the law to suit your own purposes.

Stop being so emotional and illogical with me, as it is obvious that you dislike me horribly that your emotions will not let you do your job.

I will continue to let Code Enforcement know of out of state vehicles being stored next to Sundance Park.

Stop trying to run this town into the ground.

I will make sure that all of your uncivil and public corruption e-mails to me do not go unnoticed, as I pass this info around the neighborhood.

I only CC you on Code Enforcement e-mails to make sure that Bruce is doing his job.  But you are the one that is obviously stopping our town from being written up in "Money Magazine" by allowing unmoved vehicles to stay and degrade our neighborhood, due to your hatred of me and my truths.

I will do everything possible to get you out of office.

I will be printing off this e-mail and giving it to my neighbors, and I will be leaving a copy around town in local businesses for allow to see.

You are taking everything I say the wrong way.  You are looking at everything from the wrong perspective.

You should be thanking me for making sure our town stays up to code.  But you don't care.  You are in the Mayor position just for a position of authority, who does nothing at all.

Bev:

As I have mentioned before the section of the code you cite is only applicable to off street parking and does not apply to this situation. There is not a time limit for on street parking of legally registered vehicles in Louisville.

City Code,

There has been a small blue car with Texas license plates parked next to Sundance Park, since July 3.

If this car is not removed, others may try to park illegally for days on end, which is against our City parking laws, as in my P.S..

Here is the URL address with 9 pics of this blue car parked illegally from July 3 to today.

Sincerely,
