Hi!  It's me!  Bev!

Your little criminal pal removed the industrial dumpster early this morning.  It was horribly noisy, and that noise belongs in a commercial zone for commercial vehicles, per our Municode laws

I will be sure to send you pics throughout the day, so you can see the progress that your little criminal pal has made, with your treasonous help.  I am sure that you are very happy and so proud and thrilled.

You allow criminal behavior, so therefore you are also criminals, in my humble opinion, as you constantly allow your little criminal pal to operate an illegal vendor commercial business out of a residential neighborhood.

Your little criminal pal should have checked our City Municodes about where to operate a commercial business in our town.  Your little criminal pal would have found out that a residential neighborhood is an illegal zone in which to operate a vendor commercial business in our town.

Therefore, it is your little criminal's problem to fix with your help.  IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Your little criminal pal moved his illegal industrial dumpster this morning ,and it had better not ever come back again.

I am sick and tired of informing your folks over and over again of our Municode laws.

I have the Citizen Arrest Warrant all ready to e-mail in to the cop station at the drop of a hat, as I have had it with your criminal activities in my residential neighborhood.

No commercial vehicles at all, which is legal in our neighborhood.
But then, the renter's employee came to pick up commercial vendor supplies at a residential in a residential neighborhood.

They were picking up supplies from a renter's house in a residential neighborhood.

You allow the renter to continue to operate an illegal vendor commercial "Handyman"  business out of our residential neighborhood, which is against the zoning laws, just like what you did with the Mr. Rooter business.

Your little criminal pal has his employee "Handyman" truck parked in his residential driveway, which is against our Municode laws that you people constantly allow to break.

Malcolm still needs to send me the name of that Code Enforcement employee that is in constant contact with your pet criminal and allows your little pet criminal to continually break our Municode laws.

I need to get a "verified statement" against that employee, ASAP!!!

I know Malcolm is busy, so next week is OK with me.

I will be busy getting a "Citizen's Arrest Warrant" ready to send off this afternoon.

I need to get that off my "to do" list to help you people do your jobs.

Here is how Wikipedia describes treason.

"Treason is criminal disloyalty."

"Treason is when a person acts against his country. For example, somebody might help another country fight a war against or loot his country by keeping secrets or ..."

You folks are acting against the good of our City by allowing assessed property values to decrease in neighborhoods, when you allow illegal vendor commercial activities.

It makes it worse, because home improvements are happening constantly in our neighborhood, and still our assessed property values decreased.  Illogical.  Does not compute.

You are fighting a war against our neighborhood laws.  Laws are in place for a reason, folks.  Now follow the laws and stop being so very, very, deeply evil, in my humble opinion.

Here are the pics from today for my proofs.  Updates will come numerous times daily, as needed, until this is cleared up.

So,I will for sure write again later on with a new report, when it comes in, that I know you cannot wait to receive.

You refuse to take responsibility for your actions.  Only you are responsible for your actions, no one else.

Sincerely,
Bev

"Last night we heard from the owners of the truck.  It belongs to a couple who recently moved to Louisville and who just purchased the vehicle.  The husband and wife are a little distressed about why the selective enforcement against them.  Commander Kingston will speak with them and convey our assurances that this is all quite routine and innocent. "

This quote is from a May 25, 2012 e-mail to me from Bruce Goodman, Police Chief.  He knows the rules.  He applies them when he wants.  He is a bully.  He does not do his job that he is paid to do.  He should be fired on the spot.  If he did his job correctly, the first time he contacted the owners, he would not be  backed into a corner to save face.  Now, he will not do his job, just to try to prove he is correct, when he is so very wrong.
