City of Louisville Paid Public
Servants:
It is day 14 for you
folks allowing illegal activities by a
recent renter to continue in our
lovely neighborhood.
The owner of this
vendor commercial dumpster has moved
this construction dumpster a few times,
cuz Code Enforcement made them leave.
They have other
places to park this illegal commercial
dumpster in our residential
neighborhood.
What is the problem
now?
Are you just getting
way tooooo much $$$$$$ to stop???
Obviously, in my neighborhood's humble
opinion.
The renter's
"Handyman" vendor truck did not show up
this morning. I bet Code
Enforcement warned them. Now do
the remainder of the job, please and
thanks.
Here are the pics
from yesterday and today for my
proofs. Please check daily for
updates.
The lying Police
Chief sent me this e-mail
in May, 2012 stating "tagging
before removal" of illegally
parked/stored commercial vehicles in a
residential neighborhood. The
Police Chief had the vehicle removed
over and over again for about 1
year. How corrupt can it
get?
Here is that specific e-mail.
Then our lying
Police Chief gives out another
City Code (that he makes up; e-mail
below) ,and he claims it makes it,
so he does not follow the residential
parking laws in his lying, corrupt,
uncivil e-mails to me.
I have received more than 1
lying, corrupt, uncivil e-mail from
our illustrious Chief of Police for
months on end, just like this one.
Then the
Police Chief sent me another lying,
corrupt, uncivil e-mail telling me
he will look into the matter.
These matters
have been looked into since May,
2013, when I first reported this illegal
activity with the commercial vendor
dumpster.
No
tagging has been done. Nothing has
been done, but fluff and buff drive bys.
Why?
Because our Police
Chief, in his forever job, is backed
into a corner by trying to defend
himself with his lies and non actions.
He will not admit he
is wrong. He has no backbone.
A good person would
admit to their mistakes and correct the
situation.
But, because our
Chief of Police is a such a horrible
pathological liar, in my humble
opinion, he has dug his
heels into the ground for an all out
battle with me. Frightening to
say the least!
He is a very
confused man, in my humble
opinion. A sicko, in my humble
opinion.
I have to swear an
oath that I am not holding grudges,
when I get "verified statements"
notarized against the Police Chief to
prove his illegal activities.
But our Police
Chief can hold grudges against me for
over 1 year now and get away with
illegal actions without any worry
about being jailed for lying.
This town is so
very, very evil and corrupt.
"This town needs
an enema!" This statement is
from "The Joker" in an old Batman
movie.
The Police Chief needs to be fired
on the spot for his lies for degrading
our neighborhood for too many months
on end now, in my humble opinion.
Here is our law that shows
our Chief of Police should be
arrested and held accountable for
his non reality based Police
decisions. He knowingly
disobeys our City Municode Parking
Laws on the books.
Sec.
9.04.050. Disobeying a lawful order.
It is unlawful
for any person to knowingly
disobey the lawful order of
any police officer,
firefighter, or emergency
personnel giving incident to
the discharge of the official
duties of such police officer
or firefighter.
(Code 1977, §
9.04.050; Ord. No. 748-1981, §
4)
Don't worry!
I will be informing you
folks, daily, of the illegal
parking/storing of illegal
commercial dumpsters in our
neighborhood, until this matter is
finally cleared up.
We, citizens in our City,
expect our taxpayer $$$$ to be
well spent, and not to be spent on
useless, lazy employees that will
not do
their job.
City Council! Be
brave! I continue with daily
prayers for all to do the
right thing for our City.
Sincerely,
Bev Beaufait

It also prohibits

"Last night we heard from the owners of the truck.
It belongs to
a couple who
recently moved
to Louisville
and who just
purchased the
vehicle.
The husband
and wife are a
little
distressed
about why the

against
them.

that this is
all quite
routine and
innocent. "

a May 25, 2012
e-mail to me
from Bruce
Goodman,
Police
Chief.
He knows the
rules.
He applies
them when he
wants.
He is a
bully.
He does not do
his job that
he is paid to
do. He
should be
fired on the
spot. If
he did his job
correctly, the
first time he
contacted the
owners, he
would not
be
backed into a
corner to save
face.
Now, he will
not do his
job, just to
try to prove
he is correct,
when he is so
very wrong.
